It was in 1987 when Odilardo “Odie” Faria, sparked by a spirit of enterprise and equipped with skilled hands and an eye for design detail, established his small contracting company in Westchester County. With a passion and flair for remodeling, it wasn’t long before he was known as a remodeling expert in the region, and the name Design and Remodeling Specialists took on a life of its own.

In the year 2000, his wife Irena joined him, and together they created a beautiful kitchen and bathroom showroom that has continued to attract and delight retail customers, clients and onlookers ever since. The most recent extension to the company’s offering is the new Organized Closet range, which graces their exquisite showroom.
